  • They did an outstanding job on my wife’s new 2018 Edge SEL. I spent some time in the car business (a lifetime ago it seems), and I can tell you that GL Ford is the real deal. This is my second purchase/lease in the last 6 months and we couldn’t be happier with the Ford product or how we were treated. The Ford vehicles are the same everywhere. The customer service IS NOT! A++++++++++ guys!

  • I got my first new car and lease through GLF! They were great to work with! I was always leery of leasing, and usually by certified pre-owned, but my sales consultant, and the new car manager really explained leasing in a way that made sense. Even better, they found the Escape with everything I wanted, with nothing I didn’t so I didn’t have to make a bunch of compromises like one does when they buy used.

My car was totaled on some black ice and I found my dream car at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln, they were very accommodating about waiting with me for insurance to wrap things up on my previous car and I was so impressed with the deal they were able to give me. As a young person, it’s common to feel mistreated at a car dealership but this was absolutely NOT the case.
  • A copy of the review I just left on GLF’s Yelp page that I wanted to share here as well: I don’t normally write reviews, but I recently had an experience with GLF that I felt was worth sharing, and I feel they deserve the recognition. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for an oil change – standard stuff, no big deal. Well, there was a mishap, and my car was accidentally backed into the service door by an employee, causing a range of minor damage – chipped paint, a crushed light bar, scratches in the rear hatch glass, etc. All told, the repairs would have cost around $2,500, except I didn’t pay a dime. Grand Ledge Ford went above and beyond taking care of me, and I couldn’t be more grateful for how they went about making this right. They didn’t nickel-and-dime me on what needed fixing, they didn’t try to brush anything off, and they didn’t bill me for anything. Not the repairs, not the oil change, not the courtesy vehicle. All told, it took about two weeks for me to get my car back, and everything was perfect. They even detailed the interior. No arguments, no haggling – they just made it right. And I wanted to give special kudos to my service advisor who was my point of contact during this process. She was up front with me about everything, and I didn’t have to chase her down for answers because she called me with regular updates. All told, I am very impressed with the service I received at GLF, and will happily continue coming to them for service in the future.
  • This was my second time going through Grand Ledge Ford and I can say I will continue to come here for vehicles. The drive from Grand Rapids was worth it again and they were very accommodating for myself, wife, and 6 month old daughter. Very friendly staff and all-around great environment. My sales consultant made everything very easy. He knew exactly what I was looking for and what price I needed. I want to personally thank you again and hope I can work with you again in the future.

  • My wife and I have purchased 3 trucks, 2014 F-350, 2015 F-150, 2018 F-350 dually. Sales and Finance have been by our side for all three purchases. In 2014 My sales consultant stayed with us until 9pm to insure we drove our new truck home that night. In 2015 the dealership was very busy so Mr. Merrill brought the truck my wife purchased up to the front door. In June we purchased the dually. Of course they had everything done and the truck ready to go. What a great experience buying from Grand Ledge Ford. We will return for our future vehicle purchases.

I wish I could say more but after receiving the excellent service, I will recommend to others to purchase/service their cars the future–I have been buying Fords at Grand Ledge Ford since 1994.

  • Thank to my sales consultant for taking the time find that perfect car for me. After several weeks of shooting down some great car possibilities, he came through with the car of my dreams – a white platinum 2012 MKS. The customer service from my sales consultant was exceptional because he made it a point to touch base with me every week in regards to his search for the right vehicle and the status of my vehicle search. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a vehicle. If I did not like a vehicle he moved on in his search and did not get offended. Last Wednesday, my consultant sent me a photo of the vehicle which I knew was a perfect fit. After test driving the vehicle, I was a little weary that the light interior couldn’t be cleaned because it was a used vehicle. My consultant assured me that everything was going to be perfect and a week later I drove away a super-happy woman; the vehicle looked brand new! The price of the vehicle was fair and I also received a great deal on my trade-in and finacing options (special thanks to the finance manager I worked with). My overall experience was great, even the dealership management greeted me and my family the first day I entered the dealership and before I drove off in my new ride. Thanks GLF!
  • Very professional. Very detailed info regarding the vehicle I was buying. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did, however, have to go inside to find someone to help with the vehicle I was interested in test driving. But that’s also a good thing, no pressure while I walked through the lot.

  • My sales consultant made this lease so easy as well as turning in a leased vehicle. He took excellent care of me. Selecting a great car that works well for my location. I did everything from home and he even had it delivered to my home in Munising, MI and picked up my return leased vehicle. It still feels unreal, in three days I had my car.
